I just created an account, now what?
You can now choose to begin paying for a monthly or annual subscription plan via the MY ACCOUNT page, or alternatively, purchase a course individually and own it forever by visiting the COURSES page.
What’s included with a subscription plan?
Both the monthly and annual plans give you full access to all site content. This includes Parts 1 & 2 of Bulletproof Guitar Player, as well as all of the bonus content based on my free YouTube lessons that you’ll find in the EXTRAS section. This type of content includes TAB files, bonus licks/exercises and more.
The EXTRAS section is what I like to think of as my own personal Patreon page. New content is added every month, so your subscription only grows in value month by month, at no additional cost to you.
Please note that when subscribing to the site, you can only download the attachment files (PDF’s, backing tracks, Guitar Pro files) and not the videos themselves. Think of the subscription option as being like a streaming service.
In other words - to get downloadable video files, you will have to purchase a course.
What do I get when I purchase a course?
Purchasing a course individually gives you access to it on the website, as well as a downloadable ZIP file which will appear under PURCHASES on the MY ACCOUNT page shortly after your order is processed. Please note that it can sometimes take a few minutes for the relevant links to appear.
This ZIP file contains all of the video lectures and attachments for the course, meaning you can watch it on your device(s) without the need for an internet connection.
If the site isn’t a good fit for me, can I cancel at any time?
Yes! If for whatever reason, you no longer wish to continue subscribing to the site, you can cancel your plan by visiting the MY ACCOUNT page and clicking the cancel subscription button.
After cancelling, monthly subscriptions will be allowed access to the site up until the date of their next projected payment. For example, if you subscribed on the 1st of March and cancelled on the 17th, you would still get access to the content up until the 1st of April.
What’s your refund policy?
- We DO NOT offer refunds of any sort for individual course purchases, due to the fact that you will be able to download the content after purchasing. If you have any issues with your download(s), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you as best we can.
- Both the monthly and annual plans come with a 14-day money back guarantee - for monthly plans, this applies to the first month ONLY.
Within that time frame, if you decide that the site is not the right fit for you and you would like to cancel and receive a refund for the first month's payment, send an email to email@example.com and we will process that for you, no questions asked!
